After years of working at a top tier executive search, and making partner, I decided to start Trinity Search Group. It was at the peak of the recession, and many general contractors and developers were trying to stay afloat, and hiring was not a priority. Although Trinity began in tough times, we thrived, due to long-term relationships and a fiercely loyal client base, many of which we have partnered with for over twenty-five years. Mike, Founder

Our goal isn’t to be the biggest in the industry, but to be the best in recruiting and placing candidates with clients who truly value the relationship and expertise. We are different than your typical search firm in that we don’t chase revenue, or deals, or see how many placements we can make, but instead focus our efforts on helping our clients hire one great person at a time. We know that if we focus on taking care of our clients, they will in turn take care of us.
