What is a Double Ended Unit Substation? Double Ended Unit Substations (DEUS) can be used for redundancy or to supply power to critical loads. The main and tie circuit breaker controls have an auto-manual selector switch that can automatically or manually transfer one or both secondary main buses to the opposite power source. Read on about how Trachte provided (5) new Double Ended Unit Substations and restored critical power to the residents of the Amalgamated Warbasse Houses in Brooklyn, NY. https://lnkd.in/ggg6HfMa #applicationengineering #buildingconstruction #customdesign #engineeredsolutions #equipmentprotection #integratedprojects #integration

The next #employeespotlight is on Chad Miller, CAD Operator from Parkline West Virginia. Chad's role is to manage new orders from the approval stage to the release to the Bill of Materials Writers, which involves coordination between multiple teams.
