Recently, our global colleagues from Tower Research Capital's US, EMEA, and APAC offices recently participated in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. The 3.5-mile/5.6-kilometer run/walk was a great way for our colleagues to connect outside of the office and focus on wellness!

Tower’s Limestone Trading Team just held our Second Annual Data Challenge at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where around 1,400 students showcased their analytical skills and innovative thinking as they competed to solve a complex data problem. The event culminated with an interactive session with the Limestone Leadership Team, where top performing teams received prizes, followed by dinner celebrations. This annual event offers students an opportunity to apply their talents, learn from industry experts, and explore the world of quantitative finance. We are already looking forward to next year's challenge! Tower NY participated in two Cycle for Survival events this season, raising funds for rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center! Our team joined the Finance-Industry Public Ride in March and rode again last night during a private fundraising ride. We feel inspired to participate in this cause, where 100% of every dollar goes to groundbreaking research and clinical trials. Thank you to all who participated and donated. We look forward to riding again in 2025!

Tower's Gift City office recently partnered with the Respire Group to create the Holistic School Development Program of the Ratanpur Government School. Our employees helped to provide a state-of-the-art learning facility, clean water supplies, and play equipment. They also volunteered their time to create artwork for the space, and even built their own Bots with the students. We're excited about these efforts, aimed at teaching problem solving and teamwork, and encouraging students to explore innovation and technology. TRV led the pre-seed round last year and was blown away by Christian and his team.
