CEO and Founder of Toorak Capital Partners | Capital Provider for Real Estate Lenders | CEO of Roemanu
Last night, we celebrated the opening of our new headquarters in the downtown Water Street district of Tampa with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by Tampa Mayor Jane Castor. The ceremony was attended by senior members of the Toorak Capital Partners management team, Avi Korn and Kristy Gilbert from KKR and more than 50 leading members of the Tampa business and cultural community. We selected downtown Tampa for our headquarters due to its business-friendly environment, educated work force, excellent university system, strong local mortgage employment base and proximity to some of our biggest clients and markets. Toorak CEO & Founder John Beacham recently shared his thoughts with CBS News on how to navigate the 2024 housing market: "I expect more of a buyer's market towards the second half of 2024, with better financing options and more inventory. While prices may remain in the same ballpark, better selection is on its way." Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gS6WhzQE #TheFed #realestate #homebuying #realestatemarket #mortgagerates
