Last month, our global amenities platform, ZO, hosted a Juneteenth Lunch & Learn in partnership with LinkedIn and Dr. Ashley Carpenter at the CME Center in Chicago. In June, we laid the foundation stone for the LXK Campus in Berlin’s vibrant Friedrichshain district. This mixed-use complex will provide extensive office and residential spaces, marking Tishman Speyer’s largest development in Berlin since the iconic Sony Center. The event was a lively celebration of Berlin’s culture, with over 480 guests, including real estate agents, partners, future neighbors, and the Mayor of Berlin. We can’t wait to welcome our future residents and customers to 61,200 square meters of rentable space with breathtaking views. 🏙️

At Tishman Speyer, we are committed to bettering our communities and cities. Recently we celebrated our annual global Volunteer Day where teams from around the world partner with local organizations to give back. Hundreds of employees participated in dozens of sites around the world, cleaning up parks and neighborhoods, preparing meals for the homeless, packaging school supplies, finishing homes, and visiting those in need. Efforts like these are a fundamental part of our company, and we are proud to make an impact.

We’re excited to announce that The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has signed a ten-year, 106,000-rentable-square-foot lease at One Federal Street, our iconic 38-story tower in the heart of Boston’s Financial District. The Commonwealth’s Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) will bring together employees from six state agencies into two full floors at One Federal Street by early 2025.    Customers of One Federal Street have access to a robust amenity program including on-site retail and restaurants, concierge service, and a covered parking lot.
