At TimkenSteel, we continue to invest in our employees, so they are positioned for success in their current roles and encouraged to reach their full potential. We recently completed our latest workshop in Asset Management - Planning and Scheduling in collaboration with Nexus Global. During this workshop, team members learned advanced strategies in planning and scheduling disciplines while applying these lessons with hands-on simulators. The knowledge gained in these workshops is then applied to our mill operations, enhancing our ability to execute complex tasks efficiently and effectively. #assetmanagement #assets #RCM #reliability #ISO55000 #maintenance #TimkenSteel

TimkenSteel had the honor of hosting a group of promising engineering students from University of Mount Union’s School of Engineering. It was an exciting day filled with insights into our operations and the world of automation. The students explored our Faircrest melt shop, caster, rolling mill, and our automated prep line at our Harrison Plant, gaining valuable insights into our manufacturing processes. After the tour, these future engineers enjoyed time with our process control group, diving into the world of TimkenSteel's automation. We take immense pride in the fact that TimkenSteel is home to a number of Mount Union graduates, and we've had the privilege of hosting several of their students as interns in the past. As we move forward, our commitment to nurturing and empowering young engineering talent remains unwavering. #TimkenSteel #FutureEngineers #Manufacturing #MountUnionUniversity
