🎉 American Climate Corps Jobs Portal Launched Today! The new American Climate Corps jobs portal was officially launched today (Earth Day 2024). You can search opportunities and sign-up for updates at https://acc.gov The website currently features more than 250 opportunities, which you can search by location, work environment, and focus area. The site is currently in beta and will include additional jobs as the ACC grows. The American Climate Corps was announced by the Biden Administration in September 2023 (https://lnkd.in/gZJmf5FY) and is a new initiative to train 20,000 young people in high-demand skills for jobs in the clean energy economy. Since the September 2023 announcement, the new AmeriCorps NCCC Forest Corps program (“Forest Corps“) has been launched (https://lnkd.in/gdSPWEfg), and a series of listening sessions for feedback on the ACC have been held (https://lnkd.in/d7vz6CVW). Green Jobs Network has added the ACC to its website for climate fellowships (climatefellowships.com) and will continue to provide updates on this program! 🌱🌲☀️
