About us
Organizational Development Professionals is a leadership and talent management firm focused on organizational development and growth through contemporary adult learning. Our consultants are experienced private and public executives, bringing extensive training and field expertise. Partner with institutional and organizational leaders to design professional leadership, talent, and organizational development curricula that support mission objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs and identify personnel for monitoring and promotional opportunities. Collect cultural qualitative and quantitative data to identify organizational strengths and areas for improvement, addressing these through leadership development training. Strategize organizational needs with future planning to optimize internal performance and positively impact business or community processes through talent development. Utilize survey and personality assessment tools (e.g., DiSC, FranklinCovey) as necessary. Develop follow-up procedures for internal and external personnel, identifying and celebrating organizational development milestones. Analyze operations to evaluate company or staff performance in meeting objectives, and identify areas for potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change. Direct, plan, and implement policies and objectives to ensure continuous operations, increase performance, and boost productivity. Deliver speeches, write articles, and present information at meetings or conventions to promote services, exchange ideas, and accomplish objectives. Conduct studies and research on issues affecting areas of responsibility. Implement corrective action plans to resolve organizational problems and improve retention.
