When I got to Martin in 2016, I found out that we had stopped doing the intern program because it was "too much work". Whaaaat? Since immediately reinstating the program, it has become a resounding success every year with many of our residents converting to full time. What started as two or three creative teams a year has blossomed into 14 Martys across the agency including the very impressive Yul Han and Alec Zbornak who round out this awesome Ad Age list. Special shout out to Hunter Scott for leading the recruiting charge and to all of our mentors for willingly and excitedly doing the "too much work part" and setting the next wave of talent on the right path. https://lnkd.in/esGMt2K7
