The Leadership School

1 month & 4 days until all of our babies get to meet their phenomenal lineup of teachers. Mrs. Buchannan and Ms. Miller are transformational teachers that you just have to see in action! Our Little Leaders are so lucky to have them in their corner!

As we reimagine education at The Leadership School, we have created several new positions for the 24-25 school year. Help us welcome Zach Nilsen, our Social Emotional Learning Coach/Teacher and Denise Griffin our Director of STEM. At TLS, our little learners will learn to navigate the world with confidence and love in their SEL class. We are beyond excited to share that after 8 years of teaching Science, Zach is coming to TLS to focus solely on empowering our students to become little leaders and create lives of choice and opportunity. Denise Griffin will work closely with our Math and Science teachers to cultivate a learning environment that ensures our students are prepared to face an ever-changing 21st century.

We had an amazing time supporting community partners and welcoming new families to The Leadership School at #BlackWallStreet314! We are currently enrolling Kindergarten through 4th grade students!

Our third-grade students have shown remarkable growth and development this month while building a sense of community among new and returning students and staff. Our dedicated summer school teacher has successfully used the experiences from summer camp to create engaging, hands-on learning opportunities for these young leaders. #synergize #studentleadership #development #thirdgrade

Co-Executives Seymour and Moulder spent the day in the 24:1 community bringing awareness to families about TLS. Caregivers were excited to learn about their new educational option in the footprint. Spread the word. We are out engaging our families one door at a time.

TLS volunteer and horticulturist spent two days volunteering at our school. She took pictures, fixed our flower bed, and spent time with our amazing student leaders.
