    Celebrating a Milestone in Sustainability! Today, we’re thrilled to share a significant achievement that underscores the power of collaboration and forward-thinking in the world of coops. Our team at The Folson Group had the honor of assisting a coop board and its residents in 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿, 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 $𝟮𝟳,𝟶𝟶𝟶 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. But the impact doesn’t stop there. This decision will also reduce their carbon footprint by an astounding 84 metric tons per year! This milestone is just one of this board's ambitious plans to 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝟵𝟳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.
