About us

Welcome to Outcount, where we strive to make your life easier while you out work the competition. Meet our founder, Dora Belle. Dora started her career in Tax at the New York State Department of Taxation & Finance. She worked in the Special Task Unit where cash businesses are randomly audited and surveilled. This was her introduction to the pain points business owners have when it comes to understanding compliance regulations and tax law literacy. Shortly after finishing her internship, Dora was offered a full-time position at Ernst & Young. She worked on the Private Client Services High Net Worth Individual Team between 2010 to 2015. Her client's annual revenue ranged from $20m to $2 billion, giving Dora the advantage she needed to competitively thrive in the market as a highly coveted Tax Practitioner. She later went on to serve as Director of Tax Digital Strategies for Morgan Stanley. It is through her life's work that Dora started to realize the experience business owners really want when interacting with their tax professional. Owners want to understand and maximize their bottom line. From making tax season a walk in the park to saving and preparing for the future, we enable our clients to be fully aware of what’s going on with their money so it works for them. We're on a mission to ensure everyone from the weekend entrepreneur to the full-time business owner is more than financially literate. We want you to be financially empowered--and comfortable making life-changing money moves in a judgement-free zone.
