About us
The Seabrook of Hilton Head is one of the most unique retirement communities in the country. We are a standalone, not-for-profit community with a location that can't be beat. We are blessed with twenty-two pristine island acres on the South end of world-famous Hilton Head Island. Our special community is like no other. Imagine living in an island paradise with lagoons, lush greenery all around and all this only an eight of a mile from famous Coligny Beach and Plaza. The community is well operated, boasting a Five Star rated Skilled Nursing Center! A clubhouse that epitomizes the low country and five seperate independent living buildings. All these amenities are connected by raised and covered board walks that make it easy to move around the community while enjoying your surroundings. Concierge services, our own home care agency, social services, maintenance and environmental services all present to make your life easy. All this plus as of 2022 we are renovating our residences and bringing the community up to date. We feel our "New Standard" outshines any other community in the area. Plus, more upgrades to come!
