We are excited to welcome Walter Ramirez to KRE Group as our new Senior Area Maintenance Manager. Walter brings with him 20 years of experience overseeing 3,500 units. He is currently certified NJ Black Seal, a proctor for EPA certification, fire safety manager, lead-safety building maintenance certification, and certified pool operator. Walter excels in team leadership, strategic planning, budget oversight, safety protocols implementations, and ESG/Sustainability management.
