Grateful to be recognized among some amazing colleagues in this list. Special shout out to my fellow caucus EDs, Aviva Abusch, Nisha Ramachandran, Vincent Evans, and Sonali Desai, who are the few people on the Hill who understand the wild world of caucus life; Tasia Jackson who helps guide us all; and Fabiola Rodriguez-Ciampoli who I’m fortunate to count among my members’ staff. I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the *literally* hundreds of people who’ve invested in and mentored me, as well as the interns, fellows, and full-time staff who've supported me and the organizations I've worked at. I am particularly thankful to all those who hired me for all my internships and jobs and set me on this path. If I name them all, this post will be longer than anyone would ever read, but I want to particularly shout out then-CEC Chair Rep. David Cicilline (and his great leadership team of Peter Karafotas and Megan Garcia) who hired me for my current role. I am so fortunate to have a dream job where I get paid to fight the good fight every day. I'm also especially grateful to my current chair, Rep. Pocan, who was kind enough to share some words about me at Tuesday’s event, and his entire staff, as well as all my Co-Chairs and their staff—I couldn’t do this work without them.

One of the 25 staffers who make Capitol Hill run: alumnus Doug Andres (Data Analytics, Policy, and Government Studies at Johns Hopkins AAP) . "Andres is one of the best communicators on Capitol Hill and does his job the old-fashioned way: by working the hallways off the Senate floor to find out what reporters are focused on and to help put his boss’s message at the top of the conversation." https://bit.ly/4eEnYuC via The Hill

Grateful to be listed as one of The Hill’s Top 25 Most Notable Staffers with such an accomplished group. Black Men on the Hill is run by a great group of men on the hill and supported by many more off the Hill. Look forward to continuing to help uplift black staff. Working on tech & telecom policy has also been extremely rewarding. Having the opportunity to shape generational legislation such as the infrastructure bill, Chips & Science and now working in AI has been a great experience.

It is a privilege to work alongside the most dedicated public servants every day and an honor to be nominated by them for this recognition. To my brilliant colleagues, thank you. And a big congratulations to the rest of my colleagues on this list! Of course, special shoutout to my fellow Caucus crew—Jordan Dashow, Nisha Ramachandran, Vincent Evans and Sonali Desai—you deserve every moment of praise for your work. And to Fabiola Rodriguez-Ciampoli and Tasia Jackson and more on this list who I have long looked up to, who (in addition to the many hats you wear) have taken time to lend helping hands and raise others up. It is an honor to appear here with you. Thank you to The Hill for including me in this talented group. In particular to Mychael Schnell for your partnership through the process. To the one and only Jaida A. Hampton. Your efforts for our caucus are Herculean, and I am lucky to have you on my team. To all our partners in this fight, particularly to the many people who have been forced into advocacy under unimaginable circumstances. Thank you for reminding us what is at stake and making our work possible. And most of all, to my outstanding bosses, Representatives Barbara Lee and Diana DeGette, and to all 160 Members of the Pro-Choice Caucus. Thank you for putting your faith in me to support your fight for reproductive freedom. Onward!
