Davis recently celebrated the topping off of our 97-unit multifamily project with GC, Broadway Construction Group, LLC at 1975 Madison in Harlem, NYC. Designed by DXA Studio, the eight-story building will house one and two-bedroom units, and approximately 30 affordable residences. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, resident lounge, coworking space, pet spa and a gorgeous rooftop terrace. The building also features a 2,500 SF community center located on the ground floor currently available for lease. Completion is slated for late 2025.
