  • Meet the 2024 Rural Superintendent Academy (RSA) Fellows! The fourth RSA Cohort launched last week, welcoming 21 experienced and aspiring superintendents and district and school leaders. This new cohort represents an outstanding group of rural leaders from Adams 14, Calhan, Cañon City, Centennial-San Luis, Clear Creek, Cotopaxi, Greeley, Hayden, Holly, Lake County, Lewis-Palmer, Monte Vista, Montrose, Park County, Pueblo, Rangely, Strasburg, Summit County, and Trinidad school districts; and the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind. This professional development opportunity is supported by the Boettcher Foundation and seeks to develop and advance approaches that improve rural school district leadership, while fostering peer-to-peer relationships among participants. We are excited to celebrate the new cohort at the 2024 Colorado Association of School Executives (CASE) Conference this week and look forward to seeing many of you while we are here.
