I loved the dialogue. The most interesting debate posed the benefits vs challenges of centralized vs decentralized approaches. I agreed with the panelists who suggested that market and customer-driven “patchwork” approaches would bring the most relevant benefits faster than more elegant (but less realistic) “one size fits all” approaches.
