Today, on her birthday, we honor our late colleague Alyssa Raybuck's memory with a day of service at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. Her light continues to shine through the acts of kindness and compassion we share in her honor, in a community she cared deeply for. Thank you to the family, friends, members, and volunteers who joined us today. We miss you, Alyssa.

The last time I delivered a keynote at The City Club of Cleveland it was just before the global pandemic shut down the world and forever changed our industry, so it's definitely time for an update!
