AID Community Day Services staff recently attended an amazing workshop lead by three brilliant professionals: ✅ Sandra Harrison from DVA Leadership & Development Training inspired us as the keynote speaker and led a breakout session on teamwork. ✅ Leanne Mull from Blue Tower Solutions focused on empathy in supporting individuals receiving services. ✅ Dr. Kathie Bishop from the National Task Group on Intellectual Disabilities and Dementia Practices shared insights on aging, dementia, and adults with I/DD. Thanks to all who made this event a success! 🙌
