Our founding director, Carlos Díaz-Rosillo, participated in the VII Ibero-American Congress, which was hosted by CEAPI, Consejo Empresarial Alianza por Iberoamérica.   He joined a panel alongside other experts in a session titled "Latin America as a Drive of Change: Global Opportunities and Challenges" to discuss Latin America and the Caribbean's symmetrical relationship with the world and its capacity to absorb new investments, guarantee security against crime, and promote productivity and innovation.   #TheAdamSmithCenter
