Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) is a public company registered in The Securities Exchange of Thailand since 1991 with the Ministry of Finance as a dominant shareholder of 47.86 percent. THAI operates the airlines business as a full service carrier, which provides the transportation for passengers, goods, parcels and postal through our domestic and international routes, including a warehousing service, ground handling service, ground equipment services, in-flight catering and aircraft maintenance services. THAI and its alliance has a network of routes covering 30 countries around the world. Throughout the period of more than 60 years in the airline business, THAI aims to focus on safety and quality of service with THAI touches for passenger comfort throughout the journey which have made THAI become one of the best airlines in the world guaranteed by the various awards of recognition.   • Thai Airways International Celebrates Nordic Reunion: Rediscover Oslo's Charm Thai Airways International (THAI) is pleased to announce the resumption of services between Bangkok and Oslo, marking a significant milestone in the network expansion. The event, held on 1 July 2024 at the prestigious Hotel Continental Oslo, Norway. The ceremony was a collaboration between THAI and Norway Airport (AVINOR) The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, Chairman of the Plan Administrator of Thai Airways, Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, The Plan Administrator of Thai Airways, Mr. Chai Eamsiri, CEO of Thai Airways, and Thai Airways executives. With a fully support from AVINOR. The event began with a warm welcome from Mr. Thorgeir Landevaa, Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Airport, who highlighted the importance of this resumption for both the airline and the airport. Following the welcome address, H.E. Ms. Nitivadee Manitkul, the Ambassador of The Kingdom of Thailand to The Kingdom of Norway congratulated THAI on this momentous occasion. The Ambassador expressed enthusiasm for the renewed connectivity between the two nations, emphasizing the benefits for tourism and bilateral relations.   • THAI Operates Inaugural Flights to Milan and Oslo Serving Travel Demand Growth with Seamless Connections to Europe Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) held the event to celebrate the inaugural flights to Milan and Oslo at the departure terminal, Suvarnabhumi International Airport on 1 July 2024. Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, THAI Chairman of the Plan Administrators, and Police General Visanu Prasattongosoth, Chairman, Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), presided over the event together with Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, THAI Plan Administrator, Mr. Pornchai Thiraveja, THAI Plan Administrator, Mr. Chai Eamsiri, THAI Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kerati Kijmanawat, President, AOT, and Mr. Kittipong Kittikachorn, the Director of Suvarnabhumi Airport. THAI and AOT senior management members as well as guests also attended the ceremony. Furthermore, THAI and AOT management presented souvenirs to passengers.
