    Mobile commerce growth declined in 2023 despite online retail of $1.3T? Wait...that's not supposed to happen. How could this be? Some categories, like Event Tickets and Grocery soared, but most other major categories shrank on mobile. Would love to hear your inferences on factors could drive such a shocking trend. Clearly we all love our phones. We are with them every waking moment. It's a perfect cash register. Brands need to make mobile commerce...more natively mobile. (Easy, quick, on the go, in familiar mobile friendly formats)

    Yes! I like this team...Walmart leapfrogs Google and Amazon with an one stop shop geneative AI tool to find your "super bowl" party shopping list.. Not only were they the first big retailer to recognize SMS Shopping as massive opportunity space, and launch a DTC Shop by Text channel, now they have reacted quickly to the AI evolution with a utility that makes perfect sense.     Crystal Clear Attribution.....is #1. Not a shocker for any in the 'trade' :) As a MarTech decision maker or e-commerce media manager is there anything more frustrating or revealing than attribution? The ability to measure and track accurately how your efforts are rewarded or not. At best it's just not clear, at worst it feels like every platform is playing games with you, trying to claim credit for all those sales. Text-to-Buy truly reigns supreme on the topic. There's no doubt. Immediate direct sales that have no other customer purchase journey complications. In fact marketers love the immediate feedback aspect of Text-to-Buy.
