Join us in celebrating the remarkable achievements: Neisha Strambler-Butler, who has over 25 years of HR expertise, leads HR operations at McKesson, a major pharmaceutical distributor in North America. Her leadership spans American Airlines, Texas Instruments, and PwC. Beyond her professional success, Neisha is a dedicated wife, mother, and community leader, serving on Project Unity's advisory board and co-founding the Texas Women’s Foundation Village Giving Circle. Neena Newberry, founder of Newberry Solutions LLC, has spent over 25 years developing high-performing leaders through executive coaching and platforms like New Lens. With a background as a "Big 4" consultant and Master Certified Coach, she empowers leaders, especially women, to reach their highest potential. Neena is also committed to community service, contributing to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Dallas Children's Theater, Texas Women's Foundation, TMC Innovation, and Texas Woman's University. 🌟 Today's #MissionMonday Is Dedicated To #EmpoweringWomenWithChildren: Breaking the Cycle of Poverty Through Eviction Advocacy 🌟 Conventional wisdom holds that evictions are a consequence of poverty, an idea so glaringly self-evident it hardly seems worth noting. Yet it’s an incomplete narrative because the converse is also true: evictions often create poverty. #WomenWithChildren, especially #womenofcolor, are the most likely demographic to get evicted. We are proud to support the Dallas Eviction Advocacy Center, which is providing pro bono legal representation for vulnerable tenants in Dallas County.
