Merger Monday Alert! 🚀   On March 27, Honeywell International (NASDAQ: HON) announced an offer to acquire Civitanavi Systems SpA (Milan Stock Exchange: CNS IM) for €6.30 cash per share or a total deal value of €193 million. Civitanavi based in Pedaso, Italy develops navigational and inertial sensors to track the position and orientation of vehicles within the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024, subject to regulatory clearances and 95% of shareholders tendering their shares into the offer.
