As an LNO, he’s passionate about inspiring positive change and helping others make an impact in their career fields. For Jackson, the LNO network is all about collaboration, where a helping hand is always just a message away. At Tesseract’s Airmen Idea Expo at LOA, Jackson showcased his innovation, Project Madagascar—a mobile application designed to streamline asset processes and replace outdated handheld devices. He also took the stage as a speaker at the Tesseract Summit to share insights about the LNO community. His proudest achievement? It’s been a couple of days since Air & Space Forces Association's 2024 Air, Space and Cyber Conference wrapped up, and we’re grateful for the incredible connections and conversations we had. Here are some highlights from Day 2 & 3: 🔹 SSgt Ryan Amador showcased Project Weapon. 🔹 MSgt Kalib McBride shared the WMS Cover. 🔹 MSgt Joseph Blahut presented the Autonomous Flight Line Droid. 🔹 MSgt Khalil Bashir & MSgt Kaitlyn McKenzie discussed CLAWS. We also made meaningful connections, discussing how Airmen innovation is driving improvements in Air Force sustainment and supporting grassroots efforts. Additionally, we explored how the Theory of Constraints can be applied at different bases and how we can assist with those implementations. We were honored to have General Tom Miller and General Linda Hurry visit and engage with us on these initiatives! Thank you to everyone who stopped by!
