💡Recently, the first Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies #training was held at the new training center inaugurated last October by Terumo Medical in #MexicoCity. The Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) Sales Training was conducted on this occasion. This program is designed to strengthen our teams' sales skills and strategies in #LATAM. More than 4,500 professionals are expected to be trained here – making it the second biggest facility for Terumo in Latin America. In this training center, Terumo BCT has a dedicated space where #healthcare professionals can see our equipment and interact with the products in a non-clinical environment. This center will hold internal and external training to support continuing education. #OneTerumo #TerumoProud #Mexico

The chosen portrait for the new 1,000 yen note is Dr. Shibasaburo Kitasato, one of the founders of Terumo. 1921,as thermometer imports to Japan stopped due to war, Terumo was founded by a group of physicians and scientists, including Dr. Shibasaburo Kitasato, to meet the desperate need for production of quality thermometers in Japan. Since its establishment, Terumo has been pioneering the development of various medical devices in Japan, supporting the foundation of healthcare in the country. We have developed numerous ""first in Japan"" and ""world's first"" devices, expanding our contributions to healthcare from Japan to the world. We will continue to work together as one Terumo Group and strive to be a valuable company for patients, medical professionals, and society at large. Our DE&I focus for 2024 is #Inclusion. We recently hosted two successful Inclusion Fairs at our #LittletonCO and #LakewoodCO locations. The fairs offered a range of resources for employees, including informative materials and festive #Pride swag.
