Collaboration Announcement! 📣 We are exited to announce our synergy with the MELCHIOR Project! MELCHIOR Project aims to improve substantially a novel technology for fast detection of drugs, explosives, weapons and illicit goods concealed on individuals and in critical cavities of the human body based on infrasound mechanical impedance interrogation, optionally complemented with other harmless and non-contact technologies. Mechanical Impedance interrogation was validated in lab -TRL4- in the multiply awarded H2020 MESMERISE Project, detecting items concealed on trunk under clothes -including critical cases like warm molded materials that remain undetected to other technologies. 🔍 Find more information about MELCHIOR Project here: https://lnkd.in/gCqM2BPt #dissemination #synergy #update #europeanfundedprojects #TENACITy #MELCHIOR

This event provided an opportunity for TENACITy Project partners to meet in person, fostering valuable discussions and collaborations. We engaged with the consortium members of the POLIIICE Project and explored potential synergies between our initiatives. Day 2 of the TENACITy Project 1st Pilot has successfully concluded! Today's activities featured an extended presentation of the scenarios, followed by a hands-on session coordinated by our technical partners. Participants had the opportunity to engage directly with the developed tools, exploring their functionalities within the presented scenarios. The day also included a round table discussion, leading to insightful conversations and feedback. The end users completed the scenarios using the tools, and the event concluded with assessment via quiz. A big thank you to the TENACITy Consortium and the external PIUs for their participation.
