💡 Railroad bridges may seem like a convenient way to access fishing or hunting spots, but they're dangerous and illegal to use. When a train approaches, you have only two choices—jump or get hit. With no sidewalks or walkways, you risk getting trapped between the ties. Even if there is a maintenance walkway, it's too close to the tracks to avoid danger. Railroad tunnels are similarly hazardous, with only about 14 inches of clearance between the train and the tunnel walls, leaving no room for safety.
