To everyone who supported and cheered for Leddy, this is THANK YOU 🙏🏾. Leddy, in own her words, is very technical, she can touch type, create music and websites! She starred in a short film, came to the premiere of the film in Switzerland, met many colleagues and our CEO, Hanneke Faber! She met Claude the 1st Swiss astronaut (and even tried to teach him touch typing!) And yet she was most excited about the water park and ice cream. 🍦 To quote Nelly: « I want to create a Mogotio where kids can just be kids. » Well, you are succeeding, and we’ll continue supporting your dreams! Watch the story here: https://logi.link/xl9aml Stay tuned for many more actions Logitech #WomenWhoMaster will continue taking to close the gender gap in STEM. PS: I did ask for Leddy’s permission before sharing the email :)

Day 3️⃣ of our Moja Tu trip 🇰🇪 was inspiring. We opened our 4th of 6 computer labs at Mirera Elementary School which is the largest in Kenya serving over 4,500 students. We have 2️⃣ computer 💻 labs in Mirera teaching 1,000 students a month, but we’re only able to serve grades 5 and 6. Are YOU up for the CHALLENGE 🙌 and helping us add one more computer lab? We’d like to add seventh graders to our repatear. You can sponsor this lab for $3,000/year or co-sponsor for $1,500. Will you help us add 500 more students to our roster? That’s just $6/per student for a year ✅ Interested in learning more? Reach out to one of our volunteers on our trip: Joe Kozlowski, Jackie Kozlowski, James Anderson, Michael Bailey, Debbie Farnum, CMP Emeritus, M.Ed., Christine Kempff and Brenda Castillo. 💬 Contact us at [email protected] #technology #kenya #education #challenge
