We had a chance to attend Rep. Krishnamoorthi’s Town Hall earlier last year and were able to ask what his thoughts were on Congressional conflicts of interest. He shared some of his thoughts and also detailed some of his efforts towards prohibiting MOC’s from speculating. Team FRWRD looks forward to running the ball further up the field on this issue! However, we can’t do it alone! Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of attending IL State Rep. Mark Walker's Town Hall near Mount Prospect, IL. As chairman of the finance committee, he has worked on a number of financial issues as well as other great pieces of legislation.
