There are no benefits at the time for this role as it is a growing company. $50-80K base to start RESPONSIBILITIES • Loan Application Review: Review loan applications and conduct thorough financial assessments. • Risk Analysis: Analyze various factors such as health, financial stability, past claims, market conditions, and other relevant information to determine the level of risk. • Financial Document Analysis: Analyze financial documents and verify accuracy. • Creditworthiness Evaluation: Evaluate applicant creditworthiness and assess default risk. • Collaboration: Collaborate with the origination team to ensure loan packages are complete and accurate. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all policies or investments comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
