Family owned and operated since 1977, the Taste of Texas is a legendary steakhouse in Houston and one of the largest independent restaurants in the country. We serve more Certified Angus Beef, sourced from family ranches across the USA and aged for a minimum of 40 days, than any other restaurant in the world. We are also home to a world-class Texas history museum that has hosted over 500,000 school children on complimentary tours.
