Tapestry 360 Health provide high-quality, affordable healthcare through a network of community and school-based health centers on the north side of Chicago. We also provides primary medical care to patients at two community mental health centers on the north side. Our mission is to ensure that our patients, many of whom are uninsured and live in low-income communities, have a medical home where they can access medical, mental health and dental care in one location.

Our READI committee coordinated a fun staff event at the National Museum of Mexican Art in the Pilsen neighborhood to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. This fun staff engagement event allowed us to immerse ourselves in the richness of Mexican culture. We ended the day with a delicious lunch at Pilsen Yards.
