About us
TANGO (The Alliance for Nonprofit Growth and Opportunity, Inc.) was founded in 2007 by The Schuster Group to bring a wealth of professional knowledge, preferred services, and mission support to nonprofit organizations. Our over 1,500 members create partnerships between nonprofit and for-profit organizations to help nonprofits: ❖ Create Cost Savings ❖ Drive Innovation ❖ Enhance Education ❖ Deliver Mission Advancement For more information and to sign up for your FREE Membership, please visit www.tangoalliance.org. The TANGO Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable organization provides financial support to those rising stars in the nonprofit sector who lack the economic means to invest in their own professional development. It was another great Celebrate Nonprofits Night at Hartford Yard Goats Baseball as TANGO and our Business Partners gave back to our Members for an evening of entertainment at Dunkin' Park. TANGO and our Partners gave 800 tickets to our Nonprofit Members and awarded four TANGO Foundation Nonprofit Rising Star Scholarships to future leaders in the Nonprofit Sector. Rollin Schuster, President and Founder of TANGO was lucky enough to call a homerun shot into the TANGO bleacher section while he joined Jeff Dooley in the radio broadcast booth. TANGO would like to thank our lead sponsors, NFP, an Aon company and Delta Dental Ins., for their generosity and contributions toward a great night! Thank you to everyone who joined us on the perfect night for a baseball game. #nonprofit #milb #dunkin #TANGO

Is AI freaking you out? 😱 Or, are you excited about the potential it has to offer? 😁 Either way, we must all consider how to scale and advance trustworthy AI at our organizations. Our next Women Take the Lead guest speaker is Krista Sande-Kerback, IBM Marketing Leader for AI Governance and GRC, and she provide a lot of insight into AI. Topics will include: - The paradigm shift of generative AI - The opportunities of AI for business - How AI reinvents how work gets done - Principles to guide your AI strategy. - High-impact use cases and how to get started. Join us Tuesday, May 28, at Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, MA for a timely discussion about AI in the workplace. Our previous seminar with Krista Sand-Kerback sparked many thought provoking discussions on the potential for AI, its rapid rise, and weather in needs to be monitored. Learn how to thrive in this new era of Artificial Intelligence with trust and confidence and share your thoughts on incorporating AI into your work day. There is no charge for this event.
