Winter is coming…and that means cold and flu season. While sick days can be the perfect excuse to catch up on our favorite shows, we also know that for many, getting sick is not an option. That’s why Tally Health scientists developed Defend. This uniquely formulated blend of quercetin, beta-glucan, zinc, vitamin D3, and vitamin C, is designed to support a healthy immune response, enhance overall immunity, and help combat colds and respiratory infections while targeting immune-related aging hallmarks such as chronic inflammation. Because the best longevity offense is immune defense. Shop Defend: https://lnkd.in/eyYtrUbW

Any number of people will tell you preventative measures are the secret to better health care, making this a big area of interest for our fund. One question on our minds as we seek out investments in the longevity space: how can we empower the consumer? Especially since so many people now - no matter their age, background, or net worth - want to be healthy. Wearables like Fitbit and Oura rings have grown in popularity because consumers want to understand how they can improve their health to lead longer lives. We believe the opportunity to reinvent healthcare by putting personal health in their hands could be a trillion dollar market. One of our first big bets in this space has been on Tally Health, which gives consumers the ability to estimate their biological age using a cheek swab test. Once you learn how well you’ve taken care of yourself, you’re provided with a personalized course of action along with a list of science-backed supplements tailored to your needs. The goal is to identify factors that are decreasing your cellular age (ie making you look and feel older than you are), and mitigate them. I’ve tried it, and let’s just say…I need more sleep, but it went better than expected. 😬 Tally Health goes beyond slapping a cool/hip name on a generic vitamin, and it’s more thorough and accessible than hiring a personal trainer or using five different fitness apps to make sure you do push ups. It’s allowing people to gather data, and make informed choices that suit them best. And they can do it on their own time - a huge selling point. No in person lab visits where you wait hours to be seen, then another week to get results which you don't even know how to interpret. I know so many people that never go to the doctor simply because it’s inconvenient. Tally also looks holistically at health, recently launching Sharpen to address cognitive decline and overall wellness of the brain. This is an area where we have less opportunity downstream to improve our condition. To make an impact in a field as expansive as health care, you really have to look further back, before you get within hospital walls and screening rooms, to where problems arise. And you have to identify factors you can control. People don’t know how to take care of themselves, they don’t have the right tools, and sometimes, they don’t even have time. Tally Health’s vision is to address all the above.

At Tally Health, our mission is to provide an exceptionally accurate, reliable, and non-invasive method for predicting your epigenetic age. To ensure we deliver on that promise, we’ve considered every factor—even the type of swab used for DNA collection. In collaboration with Tempus AI and Mawi DNA Technologies, our latest white paper compares two leading swab types—Puritan® PurFlock Ultra® and Copan FLOQ swabs—to assess their impact on cheek swab epigenetic age prediction. The results? Both swabs provide equivalent quality for predicting epigenetic age. We’re proud to use Puritan Medical Products swabs, knowing that we’re delivering reliable epigenetic insights through our TallyAge™ Test. 🔍 Read the full study below.

We’re excited to share our latest research, published in Frontiers in Aging, featuring CheekAge, the foundation for our next-generation epigenetic buccal clock. This simple cheek swab doesn't just estimate your epigenetic age — it’s also predictive of mortality risk in older adults, providing powerful insights into your long-term health. At Tally Health, we prioritize scientific integrity and transparency, and we are delighted to share research that underscores the accuracy and predictive capacity of our next-generation aging clock. This also reinforces the quality of our TallyAge™ Test, which is founded on continually tested science. Congratulations to Dr. Maxim Shokhirev, Head of Computational Biology & Data Science, and Dr. Adiv Johnson, Head of Scientific Affairs & Education, for their incredible work and leadership in developing this groundbreaking technology. CheekAge delivers an exceptionally advanced and non-invasive way to measure how well you're aging. 🔍 Read the full study here:

We believe the most remarkable achievements, innovations, and experiences should happen at any age: starting a new business venture in your 40s or 50s, publishing your first novel in your 60s, running a marathon in your 70s, traveling the world in your 80s. Yet, research shows that cognitive decline can start as early as our 20s. This is why Tally created its latest cognitive support supplement, Sharpen. Its scientist-formulated blend of taurine, choline, and vitamin B complex (including vitamin B6, L-methylfolate, and vitamin B12) is designed to ✅ Support long-term cognitive health and brain aging. ✅ Decrease homocysteine levels, a risk factor for dementia. ✅ Boost cholinergic signaling to enhance memory encoding. ✅ Help Improve focus and performance at any age. Sharpen is scientifically formulated to support brain health, so you can preserve today’s memories and stay sharper tomorrow. Protect the mind you’ve spent a lifetime building.
