Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of data and analytics features within the OMS upgrade project, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap for data and analytics features, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project milestones. Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough requirements analysis, including gathering business needs, identifying key metrics, and defining data models and analytics workflows. Data Integration: Oversee the integration of various data sources into the OMS, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time analytics capabilities. Analytics Tools: Evaluate and recommend analytics tools and technologies to enhance data visualization, reporting, and decision-making processes. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing of data and analytics functionalities, addressing any issues promptly. User Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users and stakeholders on utilizing data and analytics features effectively. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of data and analytics systems, gathering feedback and implementing improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in product management, focusing on data and analytics systems. Technical Skills: Strong technical background with experience in data management, analytics, and related technologies (e.g., GCP, SQL, ETL processes, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
