🛠️ Wonderful Wednesday at TACT: The Importance of Our Job Fair 🛠️ Did you know that on a national level, employed neurodistinct individuals make only 87 CENTS to the $1.00 compared to their neurotypical peers? That's NOT okay. Additionally, the employment participation rate for individuals with disabilities is less than half that of those without disabilities. At TACT - Teaching the Autism Community Trades, we’re flipping that on its head. Our graduates have an average starting hourly rate of $19.86, far above the curve. This is what change and equality of opportunity look like. We are proud to congratulate all TACT's graduate who recently received their new job and the other who's Achievement Award from the State Attorney General of Colorado for his accomplishments as a Tier 1 SOC Analyst at MSU Denver Cybersecurity.
