This growing multi-million-dollar automotive information resource envisioned a vibrant workspace that fosters collaboration and innovation for its 600 employees. Our engineering team faced unique challenges, from retrofitting a 1948 Cadillac into a functional happy hour bar to integrating HVAC systems with indoor/outdoor courtyard event spaces. The result? An aesthetically pleasing and highly functional design that includes: • Aesthetic and flexible ductwork for open office and multipurpose rooms. • Thoughtful HVAC solutions addressing acoustical concerns in meditation rooms, private spaces, and mother’s rooms. • An N 1 redundant server room ensuring operational reliability. • Specialty equipment support for aquariums and vending machines. Key features of this 133,000 sf project also include an on-air studio, a floating staircase, a 4,500 sf multipurpose room, 55 conference rooms, and dedicated spaces like a mother’s lounge and meditation room.
