Two years ago, Brendan Bambery (“Bam”) took a chance and moved from Boston to Cincinnati to join SYNERGISTIC as a Web Developer. Powered every day with a Dunkin’ cold brew, Bam brings creativity and innovation to every project, helping craft stunning, user-centric designs, and pioneering new technologies that transform challenges into opportunities, and ideas into reality. Bam’s passion to grow, learn, and tackle obstacles with hard work and imagination has not only elevated our digital presence, but is the cornerstone of everything we do at Synergistic. Companies aren’t assembled by chance. They’re built by people who understand that working hard and working together is how we get where we want to go. One year ago today, Trevor Schmitz joined SYNERGISTIC as our Director of Software Development and he immediately ingrained himself into our culture by building relationships, asking questions, solving problems, and working hard. On Trevor’s work anniversary, we want to thank him for the impactful work he’s done and truly being the will that finds a way!

I am beyond honored to be recognized as a C-Suite finalist. To say I was surprised when I found out would be a big understatement! I have great admiration for the other finalists. It’s a surreal and proud moment to be in the same company with these incredible leaders. I wish I could share a big secret about C-Suite leadership but honestly I feel like I’m the one being led every day by our incredible team at SYNERGISTIC. I’d be remissed to not give a shout out to Laura Nix, Courtney Ackerman, Melissa Martin, Penny Breen, Chris Andruss, Patrick Cadieux, Heather Wade, Stephen Power, and Stephen West. The strength of any team is forged by its teammates, and with today being Emma Theis’s one-year anniversary at SYNERGISTIC, we wanted to congratulate her for everything she’s accomplished this year as one of our Graphic Designers! Emma brings three invaluable things to work every day: enthusiastic energy, creativity, and reliability–all of which make her an instrumental part of our team and the work we do.
