Congratulations Domonic DeMascola is promotion to Technical Recruiter! “The upgraded Dom” managed to make 3 starts look easy while multitasking… multitasking with his witty and sometimes distressing humor. In an attempt to make it look even easier, Dom threw a 4th start on top of the 3 this week to make his transition to Technical Recruiter even smoother (Dom calls that a 4k). In all seriousness, Domonic is a prime example of how this challenging job can knock you down but also how someone can persevere as long as they put in 110% effort. He knows it only gets harder from here and we are all excited to see him take his momentum from climbing up the ranks of the Sourcing Specialist stats to climbing up the full recruiter statistics! Happy 5-year anniversary to Kristina Davidkova! "Although there are some tough milestones/promotions at this branch, a 5-year anniversary may be one of (if not the most) difficult one of all - we have been raising our standards in the Fort Lauderdale Branch day-by-day and Kristina has always given 110% in following this strenuous and taxing suit to make it this far. Whether its by filling jobs she has never worked on before, managing job lists larger than she ever has before, or learning how to work with a team of 3 high performers for the first time in a very long time. No matter how many anniversaries one may have in the Fort Lauderdale Branch, we always make sure that in order to keep up with the ever-raising standards an employee here must be both receptive to new ideas/practices in addition to staying motivated and wanting to see the office win. Luckily with Kristina, she has always been our best at these requirements.
