    Cybersecurity company Expel's story proves that pay transparency — when it’s backed by reliable data — can be a game-changer for employee trust and employer brand. The results speak for themselves, contributing to Expel being named to five Best Workplaces lists by Great Place To Work US in 2023. How did they do it? On average, Black women working full-time earn just 69 cents for every dollar earned by non-Hispanic white men.
