Meet Tim M. 👋 He is our Sr. Director of Driver Recruiting and has been with Swift for 13 years! We asked him questions about his time here at Swift; read more to find out what he had to say 🤔 Q: What do you enjoy most about working at Swift? A: The people and getting to meet new people. Also, no two days are the same. Q: What roles did you hold before? A: When I started with Swift, I was an overnight ECT, then a daytime ECT. Orientation facilitator, driver leader, fleet leader, and most recently, I was the Terminal Leader in El Paso. Q: How does your role impact and support drivers? A: We support them by giving them a new career path. We guide them from the very first step to getting hired. Fun fact about Tim! He and his wife have been married for 14 years; they love to travel with their kids 🏖️

Meet Gwen Ramin 👋 "Everyone [at Swift] is really nice; everyone is welcoming and cares about each other!" Gwen is a recent graduate from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Management and is currently a part of our Management Development Program. She is most excited to learn about planning and pricing since she likes to coordinate and organize! Gwen wants to have a thorough understanding of how everything works and get a better idea of what she wants to work on after the program. A fun fact about Gwen is that her family is from Germany, and she can speak German! ⭐

St. Mary's Food Bank is honored to be a recipient of proceeds from their 2023 Knight-Swift Charity Golf Classic which provided 100,000 meals. To celebrate, a group of summer interns in the Knight-Swift management development program came out to volunteer.
