Meet Briannah Gerhart 👋 She is currently a recent UofA Alumni with a degree in Business Management and currently attending Swift's Management Development Program. We asked her questions about her experience at Swift and the Management Development Program; here is what Briannah had to say! 👇 💬 Q: Out of the different rotations you will participate in, which are you most excited about and why? A: Pricing and Billing! It has a lot to do with numbers and that is what I have a background in, so I might understand that a lot more. The person she's shadowing came from Accounts Receivable, and she shared that she enjoyed that part of the job. Q: Up to this point, has there been anything that surprised you? A: How large the Phoenix terminal is, how many people it takes to fix a truck, and the different types of trucks. There are different trucks for different things, and a lot goes into that. Q: What are you hoping to get out of this experience? A: Being able to go through the different rotations will open up my view of how much goes into the transportation industry. You have to talk to both the drivers and customers. I am hoping to find something I love from the different rotations. Q: How would you describe the culture at Swift? A: Very friendly. Everyone is super open, and everyone likes each other and likes working here. Everyone just seems like they want to work and be at Swift. Q: What is a fun fact about you? A: I played soccer in college the first year and went to nationals two out of the three years I played. In my third year, I won the All-American Award.

Meet Cari 👋 #DriversofSwift She has been with Swift for over a year. Cari started in the trucking industry many years ago took a break to spend time with her kids and family. When she decided to come back, Cari needed experience after being out for some time and we were able to help her get back into it! "I'm so thankful that I'm at this company. They're such a great company to work for they've given me all the opportunities that I need and could ever want." Cari also runs on a dedicated account and gets convoy with her fiancé Danny! "Sometimes he's in a different truck and when the freight allows we get to see each other more often. So, you know life doesn't stop when you're out on the road and [it's special] when you get to see people that you love and care about and spend time with them." Cari, we are so happy you came back to the trucking world! We are so lucky to have you a part of the Swift Fam💙

Congratulations to Mike Ruchensky on his retirement! 🎉 You do not often come across an individual whose influence positively impacts an entire organization, let alone a family of brands. During his 20 years as Swift Transportation's Chief Information Officer, Mike played a significant role in our technological growth and Cyber Security strategy. He will be dearly missed, but we wish him the best in his new adventures!

Meet Daryl 👋 He celebrated his 20-year anniversary at Swift, has been a mentor since 2006, and has been a part of our dedicated fleet since 2005! We asked him some questions about his time here at Swift 🤔 Q: What is the best part of your job? A: The best part of my job is the people. The relationships I have built and kept all these years. It's like family; I don't think I can get that anywhere else! Q: What is the best part about being a dedicated driver? A: You are never really far away from home. I am not missing events with my kids and spending time with my wife; we get our date nights. Being around family is the most important thing. Q: What did you enjoy about being a mentor? A: I have had 150 students, and I keep track of every student who's been in my truck. I enjoy the job, and I try to push out as many professional drivers as I can. Thank you for all your hard work, Daryl, and dedication to helping mentor our future truckers. We are grateful to have you on our dedicated fleet! #DriversofSwift #30yearsofDedicatedServices
