    💸 Almost $3.5B FSA dollars are forfeited each year. FSA (Flexible spending Account) allows millions of employees to use pre-tax dollars for approved health-related expenses with a list that is continuing to grow. It sounds like an excellent benefit with the exception to two factors: You can only use the funds towards “approved” expenses. If you do not use it, you lose it. An estimated 40% of workers with FSA’s forfeited at least a part of their account contributions - losing between $339 and $408 per year. As a health and wellness company, you might be able to benefit from FSA or HSA dollars by making your products, goods or services eligible - also by providing the benefits to your employees. I have used my FSA benefits for my AG1 subscription, ŌURA, and Tonal.     Last night, I had the pleasure of co-hosting industry leaders and executives with our longtime partner Mux. We traded Hamptons chic for a classic midtown staple on a summer Tuesday evening and it did not disappoint! The camaraderie and openness to share experiences and insights in our industry, never ceases to amaze me.  We are all passionate about getting people healthier at scale - the goal is simple at its root but incredibly complex to execute. One of my favorite recent quotes is from Scott Galloway - “Greatness is achieved in the agency of others.”  That could not apply more to our category of fitness, wellness and healthcare. Our biggest takeaways included the importance of community, connectivity, and application of digital in clubs, studios and the member journey.
