His favorite kitchen tool is the versatile KitchenAid, and he swears by unsalted butter as his go-to ingredient for creating perfectly balanced dishes. Katie draws inspiration from her children, who have taught her that the best meals are made with helping hands. Since opening in 2004, we’ve built a strong team, and we're proud to recognize eight dedicated team members who have also reached their 20-year milestone with us.
