Although the July 19, 2024, global IT outage did not affect operations at the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court recognizes it may have created issues for parties attempting to meet filing deadlines at the Court. Accordingly, the deadline for any filing due on Friday, July 19, 2024, is extended to Monday, July 22, 2024. If you have questions, please contact the Clerk’s Office on Monday, July 22, at (404) 656-3470.
