Launched in 2024, the program offers hands-on public company board experiences to underrepresented minorities and those from other marginalized groups, with the goal of fostering greater diversity in boardrooms across the country. We are searching for our next wave of observers. Among the requirements are 10 years of senior leadership experience and no prior for-profit company board experience.
