Suntec is celebrating #TiltUpTuesday with another impressive super-tilt project! Building A at Envision Dobbins 202 West is currently being tilted in Laveen, AZ. These panels are 85' in height with the heaviest panel weighing 278,000 lbs. This 205,621 SF building is the first of six to go up in this soon-to-be industrial park. Buc-ee's, Ltd.'s Travel Center is coming to Goodyear, AZ, located on the southeast corner of Bullard Ave and I-10. This 75,000 SF popular convenience center is the first location in Arizona and will feature 120 fueling stations and 713 parking spaces. Known for its great food, unique snacks, cleanliness, and 24/7 service, Suntec is proud to contribute to this new addition to the Valley. Thank you to Velocity Retail Group for expanding this "must-see" travel center to the Valley.
