We’re so thankful for great partners like CitiIMPACT Ministries and Johnson City Ford for supporting our neighbors in East Tennessee and North Carolina that have been devastated by Hurricane Helene. Johnson City Ford has been working tirelessly to deliver essential items provided by Citi Impact Ministries including water, PPE, sanitizing wipes, coffee, eating utensils, food trays, and so much more. We’re thankful to be a small part of these efforts to bring hope and relief. Together, along with the incredible contributions from our region, we are fostering a strong, supportive community. 💛 #strongcommunity #bettertogether #communitysupport #hurricanerelief

We believe better leaders equal stronger communities.
About us
Everything we do is rooted in the belief that Better Leaders Equal Stronger Communities. Our mission is to serve communities around the world with the love of Jesus Christ by creating relational hubs for connecting, consulting, coaching & caring. We provide 4 key services of Connecting, Consulting, Coaching & Caring to help leaders fulfill the mission God has called them to do. As we bring men and women together who share similar passions and visions with complementary gifts and resources, we are essentially functioning as the Body of Christ is intended to function. By continuing to build relationships among leaders in eight platforms of influence (Churches, The Arts, Education, Non-Profits & Ministries, Volunteer Force, The Media, Government, and Business/Professional), we will be able to respond to emerging opportunities in our region. Through these platforms, we can be more effective by collaborating together and coordinating our efforts to advance the Kingdom of God and ultimately impact the world for Christ.

Managing stress has always been one of my greatest challenges. When I experienced burnout in 2022, I realized that something had to change. Join me at Summit Leadership on Wednesday, October 16, from 11:30-1 for a Lunch & Learn about reckoning with our stress. https://lnkd.in/eesrGVZ4

The areas of East Tennessee and Western North Carolina were devastated by Hurricane Helene this past week. These are areas that were not prepared for this level of destruction so please join me in helping these communities. At the link below, you can find an Amazon wishlist with items that will be donated to local relief centers who are in need of help (Freedom Hall Civic Center, Lamar Elementary School, Memorial Park Community Center, and Grace Fellowship Church). This list will give those of you who are both within or outside the East TN / Western NC area a chance to help. Feel free to share the link or DM me with any questions. Thank you! Let us join hands in prayer for the resilient communities of Northeast Tennessee and Western Carolina as they face unprecedented flooding. We uplift the efforts of first responders, EMS, fire, police, healthcare providers, and selfless volunteers who are going beyond measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all those affected. Bless all of our friends and family who are affected in these areas! I do not own the rights to any of these photos.
